Now, it's the Curvv's turn to get the dark treatment. The official reveal is scheduled for March 22, just in time for its role as the official car for the 2025 IPL season. Let’s dive into what you can expect from this exciting new addition!

What to Expect from the Tata Curvv Dark Edition?

While the Tata Curvv Dark Edition won’t feature any mechanical upgrades, it will come with a host of cosmetic updates that give it a bold, aggressive look. The Dark Edition will feature:

  • A sleek all black paint scheme

  • A blacked out grille that adds to its intimidating front profile

  • Stylish black painted alloy wheels

  • Darkened headlamps for that sinister edge

Inside, the Tata Curvv Dark Edition will continue the black theme with an all black interior, including the dashboard, upholstery, and trims. It’s designed to exude elegance and sophistication, perfect for those who love a mysterious, premium vibe.

Powertrain and Engine Details

Tata is sticking with its powerful engine lineup for the Curvv Dark Edition. Buyers will get to choose between two engine options:

  1. 1.2 litre Hyperion turbocharged petrol engine, delivering an impressive 123 HP and 225 Nm of torque.

  2. 1.5 litre Kryojet diesel engine, generating 116 HP and 260 Nm of torque.

Both engines ensure a strong performance, making the Curvv Dark Edition a thrilling drive whether you go for petrol or diesel.

Price and Competition

With the launch of the Curvv Dark Edition, Tata is expected to hike prices by around ₹40,000. The Dark Edition will likely be available only in top spec trims, making it an exclusive offering for premium buyers.

In terms of competition, the Tata Curvv will face rivals in the growing SUV segment, where it will go head to head with other premium SUVs that boast stylish looks and robust performance.
