Toyota Innova Crysta is a diesel only multi purpose vehicle. And the 2026 model update brings fresh bumper garnish, new chrome grille slabs, faux wood dashboard inserts, bronze cabin accents and dual-tone black-and-tan upholstery. Power comes from the proven 2.4-litre diesel engine producing 150 PS and 343 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and an ARAI-rated mileage of around 11.33 kmpl. You can choose between 7-seater and 8-seater layouts. Features of Crysta include an 8-inch touchscreen with wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a newly added wireless charger and TPMS, automatic climate control with rear vents, cruise control, ambient lighting and an 8-way powered driver's seat. A sunroof, digital cluster, ventilated seats, 360-degree camera and ADAS are absent. Safety includes up to 7 airbags, electronic stability control, ABS with EBD, brake assist, hill-start assist and a reverse parking camera, across five colours. Sturdy construction, modest running costs and resilient resale value suit large families and chauffeur-driven use, though the CAFE-3 norms due in April 2027 make discontinuation of this ageing diesel a real possibility.
