The MG Hector Tomahawk PHEV is a new plug-in hybrid SUV from JSW MG Motor India, designed to combine the benefits of electric driving with the flexibility of a petrol engine. Positioned as a spacious seven-seater, the Hector Tomahawk PHEV is based on MG’s new ADAPT architecture and is offered with a 1.5-litre Atkinson-cycle petrol engine paired with an electric motor and battery pack. The Hector Tomahawk PHEV gets a 20.5 kWh battery pack that enables electric-only driving for up to 115 km. The 1.5-litre petrol engine produces 102 bhp and 125 Nm, while the permanent-magnet synchronous electric motor develops 201 bhp and 237 Nm. The powertrain can operate in different modes, including Pure EV, Parallel, Series and Direct modes, allowing the SUV to balance electric efficiency and petrol-powered long-distance capability.

The Hector Tomahawk PHEV has a futuristic SUV design with a distinctive Hawk X front grille, aerodynamic alloy wheels and a tall, wide stance. Its 4,745 mm length and 2,810 mm wheelbase contribute to a spacious cabin and commanding road presence. The SUV is exclusively offered with a seven-seat, three-row configuration, making it suitable for larger families.

The MG Hector Tomahawk PHEV is priced at ₹25.69 lakh (ex-showroom) and is offered exclusively as a seven-seater. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in November 2026.
