What’s New?

The latest spy shots reveal a redesigned front fascia, complete with sleeker LED DRLs and what appears to be a more premium grille treatment. Though the test mule was heavily camouflaged, there’s no hiding the sharper lines and a more assertive road presence. Expect subtle changes to the rear and new alloy wheels as well.

Despite being under camouflage, the Triber’s refreshed front end is hard to miss. The updated grille, sleeker headlights, and redesigned LED DRLs lend a more modern and assertive look. Renault seems to be doubling down on its efforts to make the Triber not just practical, but also visually appealing to younger families and city buyers.

What remains unchanged is its biggest USP—it continues to be India’s only sub-4 metre, monocoque-based 7-seater. That means it remains compact for urban driving, while still offering flexible seating and boot space configurations for larger families.

Mechanically, the facelift is expected to retain the same reliable 1.0-litre petrol engine, possibly with some fine-tuning or new tech features inside to keep up with rivals. A possible AMT update could be on the cards too.

The Triber has always been a hit with budget-conscious Indian families—and now, with a fresh face, Renault seems ready to rekindle that love story.
