2025 Toyota Hyryder Launched With Feature Upgrades: Check Price
Toyota's 2025 Urban Cruiser Hyryder arrives with fresh features, improved safety.

Toyota has unveiled the updated 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder in India, giving its popular SUV a fresh appeal with more features, improved safety tech, and a slight bump in price. Now starting from ₹11.34 lakh (ex-showroom), the Hyryder aims to outshine competitors like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Honda Elevate.
What’s New in the 2025 Hyryder?
Toyota has clearly focused on making the new Toyota urban Cruiser Hyryder feel more premium inside the cabin. Some key feature additions include:
- 8-way power-adjustable driver seat
- Ventilated front seats
- LED reading and spot lamps
- Ambient interior lighting
- Rear sunshades
- Type-C fast charging ports
Safety gets a major boost too, with six airbags now standard and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) offered across more variants. An electronic parking brake is also included on higher trims, especially those with automatic gearboxes.
Design Tweaks & Tech Enhancements
The 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder gets dual-tone paint options, an updated speedometer, and subtle structural enhancements for better crash safety. While it may not look radically different, it’s certainly more refined than ever.
Engine, Transmission & Hybrid Powertrain
Under the hood, the SUV retains its 1.5L petrol engine, available in mild-hybrid, CNG, and strong hybrid avatars. Transmission options include:
- 5-speed manual / 6-speed automatic (Petrol & CNG)
- e-Drive unit (Strong Hybrid)
A key update is the introduction of a 6-speed automatic gearbox on the AWD variant, replacing the previous 5-speed manual.
Toyota’s upgraded Urban Cruiser Hyryder makes a stronger case for itself in India’s fiercely competitive midsize SUV market. With more creature comforts, added safety, and a refined driving experience, it could be the dark horse of 2025.
