New Generation Toyota Hilux Global Debut on November 10

Toyota is ready to reveal a new chapter for its legendary pickup truck. The next-generation Toyota Hilux will make its world premiere on November 10, 2025.

The New Toyota Hilux Design

The upcoming model features a major design overhaul. A teaser video shows slimmer LED headlights with distinctive J-shaped daytime running lamps.

The front grille is redesigned with bold "TOYOTA" lettering. A sculpted bonnet and new C-shaped taillights give it a more modern and muscular stance.

Expected Cabin and Features

Toyota has not officially revealed the interior yet. The cabin is expected to receive significant upgrades in quality and technology.

We anticipate improved materials and new digital displays. Despite these changes, the Hilux will retain its core utilitarian and off-road focused character.

New Toyota Hilux Powertrain and Platform

The new generation will continue using the proven IMV platform. It will likely carry forward the familiar 2.8-litre turbo-diesel engine.

This engine, with 201 BHP and 500 Nm of torque, already features a 48V mild-hybrid system in some markets. It will be paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
